Mediation
$6,500 FLAT FEE
This is the solution for people who know they want to agree, but are not sure exactly how to divide things or what would be fair and need help working through that with a neutral third party. We help them craft an agreement. The attorneys who work on these cases are trained mediators.
Who Qualifies
- Couples who want to come to an agreement
- Do NOT want to litigate (If going to court may be an option, this is not the package for them)
You agree to agree, but are confused or unsure and know you don’t want to go to court, we can help you resolve any issues and move forward with a divorce (and custody) agreement.
What You Get
- 3 Hours Attorney mediation time
- ($1,000 for 3 extra hours OR $400/hour)
- Divorce Complaint and all documents
- MSA (Marriage Settlement Agreement)
- Custody Agreement
- Off record Agreement included
- On record Custody Order (official, signed by judge and can be enforced),
