Attorney Jubas has achieved an elite level of success because of an old-fashioned philosophy on the practice of law. He believes that America’s lawyers were designed to be America’s knights.
In over 10 years of practice, Attorney Jubas has become an internationally recognized advocate and trial attorney. He has served as lead counsel on high-profile cases in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. Attorney Jubas’ advocacy has been featured in the nation’s leading news outlets, including the New York Times, the Washington Post and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
He has achieved trial victories in state and federal court. Attorney Jubas is one of the few attorneys in the country to achieve a rare jury trial victory in federal court over the United States Attorney’s Office, which touts a success rate of 99.6% in their criminal prosecutions. What’s more, the victory came in a federal drug conspiracy case – one of the most difficult types of cases to defend.
Attorney Jubas has had the honor of collaborating with some of the most well-respected minds in the nation, collaborating on such things as a high-profile murder/mystery case with the legendary Dr. Cyril Wecht.
His victories are not limited to trial advocacy but extend into both state and federal appellate courts. In Philadelphia, Attorney Jubas overturned a devastating wrongful conviction in federal court in collaboration with Phillips Black, one of the Nation’s leading wrongful conviction law firms.
In family law cases, Attorney Jubas uses his uncanny ability to solve complex situations and his ability to read people to develop creative and thorough case strategies. His trial advocacy skills shine through when the rubber meets the road in a courtroom.
Attorney Jubas is also an educator, teaching continuing legal education for the Duquesne Law Faculty about Constitutional due process issues in police misconduct cases.
When he is not in a courtroom, Attorney Jubas enjoys hiking with his white German Shepherd, Ghost.
