[00:00] When we say we treat clients differently and that we’re creating a different experience for our clients we truly mean it.
[00:06] Peace doesn’t just create itself out of chaos you have to fight for it.
[00:10] There’s a difference between a lawyer going to court and doing their job and a lawyer kind of trying to stop things.
[00:21] We can’t keep doing the system this way. I’m trying to prioritize my client’s needs not in a way that I’m disrespecting the court ever, but in a way that I’m going to be vocal.
[00:32] A win is educating my client about the risks involved and giving my client an opportunity to have an advocate in there for her or him fighting as hard as hell to get their position across.
[00:44] One thing I always go back to is while this is what I do every day, this is probably the hardest thing that these people are going to do in their entire life.
[00:51] I have them, we have this, and we will take care of you.
[00:56] Lawyers are obligated to fight for their clients.
[00:58] Take a deep breath and roll your shoulders back and move forward. We’re calm and quiet, we’re already 12 steps ahead.
[01:09] Anything worth having is worth fighting for. We’re changing the way law is practiced and that is the main thing we need.
