What Is My Why?

Attorney Tonilyn Chippie Kargo has been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 2001. She began her legal career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Lawrence F. Clark, Jr. in Dauphin County. Thereafter, she worked as a Creditors’ Rights Attorney at the law firm of Wolfpoff & Abramson, where she travelled all over the eastern part of the Commonwealth. It was during that time she realized her extreme desire to assist individuals in their most trying times; and in 2009, she returned to her roots of Cambria/Somerset Counties and began practicing family law at the law firm of Timothy M. Ayres, LLC., where she remained for 12 years.

While with Timothy M. Ayres, LLC., Attorney Kargo was privileged enough to not only guide clients through their divorces, custody battles and the legal system, but she was able to start working with clients who wanted to adopt children. Attorney Kargo often refers to “Adoption Day” as the best day of the week, month, or year. Knowing that she can bring calm to the storm is the reason why she loves what she does.

Attorney Kargo has spent the last 12 years honing her legal skills in the area of family law, where she strives everyday to ensure that her clients are guided with care and compassion. Attorney Kargo joined the Tibbott & Richardson family in 2022.

Who Am I Out Of The Courtroom?

When she is not working, Tonilyn can be found spending time with her family and their lazy dog Callie. On any given Saturday in the fall, you will find her cheering on her favorite football team, the Penn State Nittany Lions. From November through July, she spends most of her free time watching her step-sons play basketball and her husband coach their teams.
