What Is My Why?

I became a lawyer because I wanted to be of service to others who can not help themselves. It is my job, but also my privilege, to have the responsibility and ability to assist clients in navigating their way through a difficult time in their life by providing compassionate and zealous representation.

I started my career as a prosecutor before moving to private practice to focus in the areas of law in which I felt I could make the most difference – family law and criminal defense. Attorneys are in the unique position to be able to help those in need and I truly believe that this is my purpose in life. It is this drive to serve others and make a difference in my community that led me to devote a number of years in my practice to work as a court appointed attorney providing services to those in need of legal representation who could otherwise not afford it. I continue to be court appointed by a number of Common Pleas Courts to handle issues regarding criminal defense and to act as a Guardian Ad Litem for incapacitated persons and children.

I am proud to be a part of the Tibbott & Richardson family because the team has a compassionate, sincere, and professional approach to providing representation. We look at the entire picture, not just how this legal situation is affecting out clients now, but also how it will affect them in the future. Our plan of action with each case plans for both the immediate solution at hand while considering how these decisions will impact their rights and freedoms in the future outside the courtroom.

Who Am I Out Of The Courtroom?

If I’m not in the courtroom or office, I am spending time with my two sweet sons. Watching them laugh, learn, and grow is my greatest joy in life. I love spending time with my family outdoors and at sporting events. The beach is my happy place. I will forever be on a quest for the perfect seashell. I am also a certified spinning, zumba, and piloxing instructor which allows me to share my passion for movement, dance, and self-care for physical and mental health.
